Order Processing
Most orders (about 95%) are shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.

Origin and Shipping
The products are shipped from our warehouse in Varna, from where they are handed over to a courier for delivery to the address you have provided.
The expected delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days.

Inspection and Testing
Upon receiving the shipment, you have the option to inspect and test the product before payment to make sure it meets your expectations.

↩️ Product Returns
If you decide that the size or model is not suitable, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt.
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer via the courier company Speedy.
Please make sure the products have not been used and retain their original commercial appearance.
