Terms and Conditions for Use of AURI.bg

1. General Provisions These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between "Auri" EOOD, with its registered office at Varna, [Address], registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency under UIC [UIC number], hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", and any user who uses the AURI.bg website to order goods, hereinafter referred to as the "User".

2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of these Terms is the purchase and sale of gold jewelry and other goods offered on the AURI.bg online store. By registering or placing an order without registration, the User declares that they are familiar with these Terms, fully accept them, and undertake to comply with them.

3. Product Information All products offered on AURI.bg are accompanied by a detailed description, photos, composition, and a price including VAT. The prices are in Bulgarian euro (EUR). The Provider is not responsible for any color discrepancies due to the technical characteristics of the User's screen. All jewelry is accompanied by a quality certificate confirming the gold's purity.

4. Order and Delivery

4.1. Order Process: An order is placed by filling out the electronic order form on the website. After submission, the Provider sends an automatic confirmation email. Within 24 hours (on business days), we will contact you by phone or email for final confirmation of availability and details.

4.2. Delivery Times:

• For available products: Delivery is made within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

• For custom-made products: The production and delivery time is specified individually, usually ranging from 7 to 14 business days.

4.3. Delivery Methods: Delivery is carried out by the courier company Econt Express. All shipments have the option for preview and test before payment. The User can also choose to pick up the order from the physical store at: Varna, bul. Съборни 46.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

5.1. Delivery Prices: Delivery prices are listed in the "Delivery Prices" section and depend on the selected method. Free shipping is offered for orders over a certain value.

5.2. Payment Methods:

• Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

• Bank Transfer: Payment by bank transfer. The order is shipped after receiving confirmation of the transfer.

• In-Store: Payment in cash or by debit/credit card on-site.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1. Right of Withdrawal: The User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2. Return Conditions: The returned goods must be in undamaged commercial condition – without signs of use, damage, or alterations, and must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documents (cash receipt, certificate, warranty card).

6.3. Procedure: To exercise their right of withdrawal, the User must notify the Provider in writing or by email. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the User, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. The Provider will refund the amount paid within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Complaints The User has the right to file a complaint for a manufacturing defect in the product, non-compliance with the ordered product, or damaged integrity of the shipment, established upon receipt. The complaint must be submitted in writing to the Provider, describing the nature of the problem. The Provider undertakes to resolve the problem, replace the product, or refund the amount paid.

8. Personal Data Protection The Provider collects and processes the personal data of Users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation. More detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
